You name the fare.
Drivers keep all of it.
Kor is ride hailing without commission. Offer a price, a verified driver accepts or counters, and you pay them in cash. No surge, ever.
Three steps to a fair ride
- 1
Set your price
Pick where you’re going. Kor suggests a fair fare for a bike, rickshaw, car or car with AC. Offer that, or nudge it.
- 2
Choose your driver
Nearby drivers accept or counter. Compare their photo, car, plate, rating and arrival time, then pick one.
- 3
Ride and pay cash
Follow the car to your door, share the trip, chat without swapping numbers, and pay the driver at the end.
Drive for yourself.
Keep the whole fare.
Other apps take 10 to 25% of every ride. Kor takes nothing from the fare. You pay one flat day pass, and every rupee riders pay is yours.
- 14 days free when you join, plus 7 for every driver you bring.
- Your price or theirs. Accept the rider’s offer, counter it, or skip it.
- Four minutes to sign up with your ID, licence, vehicle and a selfie.

Questions
How much does a ride cost?
You decide. The app suggests a fair fare from the real distance and time, about 10% under the big apps and never surged, and you offer what you want to pay. Drivers accept or send a counter-offer. You pay the driver directly in cash at the end.
How does Kor make money without commission?
Drivers pay a flat day pass to be online: Rs 99 for bikes, Rs 149 for rickshaws and Rs 249 for cars. Whether a driver does 3 rides or 30, we take nothing from the fare.
Is it safe?
Every driver uploads a national ID, licence, vehicle photo and a selfie before going online. You see the photo, plate and rating before you accept. Share your live trip with anyone on a link, and call emergency services in one tap. Three independent reports pause an account automatically.
Can I ride only with women drivers?
Yes. Women can turn on women-only rides in their profile. Riders then only see offers from women drivers, and women drivers can choose to see only women riders.
Do drivers pay anything to start?
No. New drivers get 14 days online free, and 7 more days for each driver they invite. After that, top up by card, mobile wallet or bank transfer.
Where does it work?
We’re starting in Pakistan, in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi. A new city opens the day its first drivers sign up.
What does Kor mean?
Home. Most rides end there, and getting there should cost what you and your driver agreed, nothing more.
